100% on-device — nothing ever leaves this device

Privacy Policy — The Organizer

Last updated: 4 August 2026

Developer: Dr. Abdulrahman Adel Nasser Alomair

The short version

The Organizer collects nothing, transmits nothing, and has no servers.

There is no account to create, no analytics, no crash reporting, no

advertising identifier, and no third-party SDK of any kind. The app has

no networking code in its file-organizing path at all: everything it

does — reading your documents, classifying them, finding duplicates,

transcribing audio, recognizing text in images — happens on your device

using Apple's on-device frameworks.

If your device were permanently offline, every feature would still work

exactly the same.

What the app reads

To decide where a file belongs, the app reads the files inside the

folder you choose:

and similar files.

Vision framework).

Speech framework), only when you have granted Speech Recognition

permission and only during a scan you started yourself.

None of this content leaves your device. It is used to produce the

plan you see on screen, and nothing else.

What the app stores, and where

Everything the app remembers is stored on your device only, inside

the app's own container:

Settings → Memory → Forget Everything erases every item marked

above, immediately and permanently, on this device. Your actual files

on disk are never touched by it.

Deleting the app removes everything, including settings.

What the app never does

is no channel through which it could.

folder for you to review; every organize can be undone.

Permissions the app may ask for

The app asks for a permission only at the moment it is needed, and

explains why in the dialog:

The app can only see what you select.

or video, and only on a scan you started yourself. Transcription runs

strictly on-device; the app requires Apple's on-device recognition

and refuses to fall back to network recognition. Declining this

permission only means audio and video are filed without transcripts.

background pass finished. Declining changes nothing else.

Vault, to unlock protected categories. Biometric data never leaves

Apple's secure enclave and is never seen by the app.

Children

The app is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone,

including children.

Legal basis and your rights

Because no personal data is collected or transmitted, there is no data

for the developer to access, correct, export, or delete — everything

lives on your device, under your control, and the Forget Everything

button erases it on demand. This design satisfies GDPR, CCPA and Saudi

PDPL by construction rather than by policy.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of the app ever changed what it stores or read

anything over a network, this policy would be updated before that

version shipped, and the change would be described here.
